This website features the artwork of fifteen world-class innovative and exciting artists. You will find these works, divided by media into works in glass, clay, and painting & sculpture; blur the boundaries between fine art and fine craft.

Some artists draw their inspiration from insects (Grace Nickel, clay), others from the theatre (Dana Zamecnikova, glass), and yet others from issues of cultural extinction (Robert Houle, painting / sculpture). But they all can be seen to push the boundaries of their medium, from the large-scale glass commissions of Warren Carther to the explorations in modern majolica technique by Andrea Gill to the works in paper clay for sculpture by Grace Nickel to the use of medical machinery as a creative tool by Winston Leathers.

You can look up the artwork of these fifteen outstanding artists either by name, or by medium. If you want to follow the career of any of these particular artists, and be updated on their latest artistic pursuits; be sure to fill in the 'On the Edge Feedback' page.
